Refund Policy:

Non-Defective Items or Change of Mind:
 As NFC business cards are customized and programmed for each order, we do not offer refunds for non-defective items or Change of mind. Please choose carefully as we do not make refunds where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the items cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you to carefully preview any orders and customizations made before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective NFC business card OR the item has been damaged in transit, replacement of the same order will be provided as per our Replacement Policy and conditions of Replacement.

Replacement Policy:

Reporting Defective Items: If you receive an NFC business card with defects, please contact our customer support team at info@sailaxdbc.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

Verification: Our support team will guide you through the verification process to confirm the defect.

Replacement Authorization: Upon verification, we will authorize the replacement of the defective item.

Return of Defective Item: Customers may be required to return the defective item, and we will provide instructions for the return process.

Replacement Shipment: Once the defective item is received, we will promptly ship the replacement of the defective NFC business card.

Conditions for Replacement:
